ProfInstall is an experienced designer of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various industries and civil engineering projects. Our experience is confirmed by numerous designed and implemented projects.
In the field of industrial ventilation design, ProfInstall is ready to offer engineering systems ranging from production equipment aspiration systems to clean room ventilation systems.
In the field of industrial heating, our engineers are ready to provide solutions ranging from conventional radiator heating systems to air heating systems using heat pumps.
Profinstal LLC’s experience in the field of air conditioning allows us to provide customers with solutions for any industrial refrigeration system and to organize industrial refrigeration systems of any complexity.
ProfInstall can provide a wide range of comprehensive, flexible, and cost-effective heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions for any customer’s needs.
MAIN STAGES OF DESIGN:
1) Collection of initial data
2) Compilation and approval of technical specifications for design
3) Compilation and approval of conceptual solutions
4) Compilation of feasibility study
5) Development of project documentation
6) Project review
7) Development of working documentation
8) Author’s supervision of construction
9) Commissioning
Collection of initial data.
Initial data is a fundamental element of the design process. With the development of ventilation and air conditioning technologies and systems, there are now many options for comprehensive solutions to the same problem. Accordingly, in addition to collecting architectural and technological initial data, ProfInstall’s leading engineers are tasked with obtaining an understanding of the expected result (price/quality, price/energy efficiency, price/comfort) from the customer.
Preparation and approval of technical specifications and conceptual solutions.
The initial and most important stage, during which the main characteristics of the future construction/reconstruction project are determined. Without the correct completion of this stage, further design work often makes no sense, the design organization wastes time and resources, and the customer does not get the desired result.
Preparation of feasibility studies.
This stage is often overlooked, but it is quite important when choosing concepts with different pricing policies and different approaches to energy efficiency, or when deciding whether to install expensive energy-efficient equipment.
Development of project documentation.
Project documentation is a set of papers containing materials in the form of text and schematic solutions that define various solutions for the future construction, restoration, or reconstruction of a structure. The project includes a number of documents containing information in graphic and text form, the necessary calculations and additional information. Project documentation is not intended for use in installation work, as it does not provide sufficient detail. However, it does contain other information, including the necessary calculations. In most cases, the construction or reconstruction of any building requires permission from the relevant state authorities. This permission is issued on the basis of project documentation, which must be drawn up correctly in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documentation. ProfInstall employees will develop and prepare project documents in accordance with the current requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
Project review.
Project documentation review is a set of measures to assess the project’s compliance with the requirements of current regulatory and legal documentation (building codes and regulations, state standards, fire safety requirements and sanitary standards). Our specialists have many years of experience working with expert organizations and provide high-quality support during the review process.
Development of working documentation.
Working documentation is a set of graphic documents containing the necessary and sufficient information in the form of drawings and diagrams intended for construction and installation works. Thanks to their constantly updated experience, our engineers are able to develop and provide relevant, high-quality solutions in the required scope for the performance of installation and commissioning works.
Author supervision of construction and commissioning.
Author supervision – control by the person who prepared the project documentation over compliance with the requirements of the project documentation and the working documentation prepared on its basis during the construction process. The purpose of author supervision in construction is to eliminate unjustified deviations from the requirements of the design, working, and cost estimate documentation. This is a guarantee that the construction project will be put into operation and its characteristics will correspond to the investment plan. We provide services for author supervision and support of the project during commissioning.
ProfInstall provides a full range of services: design, equipment selection, cost estimation, equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
